Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Norevl online store, website content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Norevl is operated by Handan Hanwei Suda Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Norevl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you purchase a product, our Terms of Purchase and the policies referenced there also apply. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to use the Services and enter into any purchase agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the store in a way that violates another person’s rights, interferes with operation or security, or breaches applicable law.
2. Store Platform
Our store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and Services. Your use of certain checkout, payment, account, or platform functions may also involve Shopify or third-party terms and privacy notices.
3. Account and Checkout Information
If an account feature is offered, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or order has been accessed without authorization.
Information submitted through the store must be current, complete, and accurate. We may be unable to process an order or request if required information is missing or appears unreliable.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- introduce malware, harmful code, or automated traffic that disrupts the Services;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- scrape, copy, or extract store content through automated means in a manner that exceeds lawful, ordinary browsing;

- use the Services to commit fraud, evade payment, or facilitate unlawful activity;
- interfere with security, rate limits, checkout, or other technical safeguards; or
- use our content or marks in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or legal rights, subject to applicable law.
5. Product and Store Information
We aim to present product descriptions, colors, measurements, prices, availability, and images accurately. Displays and device settings can affect how colors and details appear. Minor variations that do not make a product non-conforming may occur, but nothing in these Terms limits rights concerning materially inaccurate descriptions or non-conforming goods.
Store content may contain typographical or technical errors. We may correct information and update content. How a correction affects an order is addressed in the Terms of Purchase and applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content—including text, graphics, branding, photographs, layouts, and software—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Norevl’s name and branding may not be used without permission except as allowed by law.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal shopping and other lawful, non-commercial purposes. This right does not transfer ownership of any content.
7. Reviews, Messages, and Other Submissions
If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or malicious.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services. This license does not give us ownership of your submission. We may moderate or remove content that reasonably appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.
Do not submit confidential information through public review features.
8. Third-Party Tools and Links
The Services may include third-party tools, payment services, applications, or links. We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for its independent content, availability, or practices. Review the third party’s terms and privacy notice before using its service. This clause does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie choices and other privacy controls may also be available through the store. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in those notices, subject to applicable law.
10. Purchases
Orders, payment, shipping, cancellation, returns, and refunds are governed by the Terms of Purchase and the applicable policies displayed on the store. In summary:
- processing normally takes 1–3 business days;
- Standard Shipping is $5.99 USD with an estimated 7–12 business-day transit time;
- Expedited Shipping is $11.19 USD with an estimated 3–7 business-day transit time;
- merchandise subtotals of $55 USD or more qualify for free Standard Shipping;
- eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery; and
- approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after an approved return is received and inspected.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and mandatory consumer rights prevail over inconsistent terms.
11. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a non-purchased feature of the Services for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. These changes will not remove rights already acquired under a completed purchase or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We do not exclude implied guarantees, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory protections for consumers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services when such loss was not reasonably foreseeable or was caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including liability that may arise from fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or violation of mandatory consumer rights. Any limitation will be interpreted only as broadly as the law allows.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This clause does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by us and does not impose liability that consumer law prohibits.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where there is a reasonable basis, including serious or repeated violation of these Terms, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as intellectual-property, liability, dispute, and accrued-right provisions—will continue where applicable.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available when they apply and cannot be waived.
We encourage you to contact service@norevl.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. A dispute may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the right to bring a claim in another forum where mandatory law permits or requires it.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of the Services to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The revised version will be posted with an updated date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already accrued unless the law permits and appropriate notice or consent is provided.
18. Severability; No Waiver; Entire Agreement
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies and terms incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing use of the Services.
